General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. is seeking a Provider Relations Specialist to support the World Trade Center Health Program (WTCHP) in the New York Metropolitan Area.

This role oversees CCE/provider relationships, intake, coordination, and follow-through to ensure seamless access to WTCHP services. The specialist will liaise with CCEs, HDOs, and practitioners, guiding onboarding, nominations, and network participation while collaborating with Provider Data, Credentialing,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
• Three+ years of experience in provider relations or healthcare operations.
• Strong relationship-management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary Provider Services point of contact for assigned CCEs and build strong working relationships.
• Conduct outreach with CCE representatives to identify provider concerns and service improvements.
• Support provider nominations and referrals; document and route through affiliation and recruitment processes.
• Coordinate with Provider Network/Contracting staff to identify practitioners and organizations needed for member access.
• Provide CCEs with status updates on nominations, affiliation, onboarding, and activities.
• Educate providers and CCE stakeholders on WTCHP processes and policies.
• Coordinate onboarding activities to ensure understanding of WTCHP requirements and resources.
