Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. is seeking a Provider Relations Specialist to support the World Trade Center Health Program (WTCHP).

The role focuses on managing CCE/provider relationships, onboarding, and network coordination in the NY Metropolitan Area and beyond. You will liaise with CCEs, healthcare delivery organizations, and practitioners to ensure access, onboarding, and ongoing participation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years of provider relations, provider services, or healthcare operations.
• Experience with provider enrollment, credentialing, or contracting processes.
• Strong relationship-management, communication, and follow-through skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary Provider Services contact for assigned CCEs and maintain strong relationships.
• Coordinate provider nominations, onboarding, and network participation.
• Update CCEs on status of nominations and onboarding.
• Collaborate with Provider Data, Credentialing, Claims, and Contracting/Recruitment to resolve issues.
• Educate providers and CCEs on WTCHP processes and policies.
• Support provider onboarding and orientation activities.
