Job summary

Parkside Psychiatric Hospital & Clinic is seeking a Referral Development Representative to implement our referral strategy through education and outreach to physicians, schools, and community partners. Travel throughout Oklahoma and surrounding service areas to meet partners, present Parkside services, and grow inpatient and outpatient referrals.

A Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in healthcare marketing or relations are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Public Relations or related field.
• Minimum three years of business development, healthcare marketing, physician relations, referral development, sales, or community relations experience.
• Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends for community events and professional meetings.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Brand Ambassador for Parkside and educate providers, schools, and community groups.
• Cultivate relationships with referral partners to promote growth and collaboration.
• Identify and recruit new referral sources within Oklahoma and surrounding areas.
• Travel for in-person visits, presentations, and outreach activities.
• Maintain detailed records of referral activities and outcomes in CRM systems.
