Formación

• Bachelor's degree preferred as listed in the posting.
• Minimum three years of successful business development, healthcare marketing, physician relations, referral development, sales, or community relations experience.
• Active driver's license, automobile insurance, and reliable transportation required.
• Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends for community events and professional meetings.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as Brand Ambassador by delivering educational presentations to healthcare providers, schools and community organizations.
• Represent Parkside at professional conferences, health fairs, networking events and community meetings.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with referral partners to promote collaboration and referral growth.
• Identify, research, and cultivate new referral sources throughout Oklahoma and surrounding service areas.
• Conduct regular in-person visits with referral partners to strengthen relationships and identify opportunities to increase referrals.
• Monitor referral trends and maintain detailed records of referral activities using CRM and reporting systems.
• Communicate referral partner feedback and market trends to internal teams and participate in strategy meetings.
