Palm Beach Accountable Care Organization, LLC is seeking a Provider Relations professional to serve as the primary liaison between the organization and its provider network. You will educate primary and specialty care physicians on policies and initiatives, coordinate orientations, and support provider education across multiple product lines.

Qualifikationen

• 2 years’ experience required in Provider Relations and/or Managed Care Product Administration
• Valid unrestricted driver’s license
• Knowledge of the dynamics of Managed Care, including capitation and reimbursement structures

Aufgaben

• Serve as a liaison between PBACO and the provider community, educating on policies and initiatives.
• Conduct on-site visits, telephonic conversations and written communications with Hospital executives, Provider Account Managers, Physicians, Office and Billing Managers.
• Perform on-site provider orientations and group county orientations for new primary care and specialty care physicians within 30 days of credentialing and approval.
• Oversee/provider orientations by arranging location, invitations, and PBACO provider forms, manuals, and policy documents as needed.
• Schedule annual goal/target visits with participating practices to educate on policies and initiatives.
• Incumbent must be able to work independently as a telecommuter and attend off-site meetings, including overnight stays.
