Job summary

Palm Beach Accountable Care Organization, LLC is seeking a Provider Relations professional to serve as the primary liaison between The Healthcare Network and its provider community across multiple product lines.

You will educate primary care and specialty physicians on policies, initiatives, billing and procedures, conduct on-site and telephonic visits, and lead orientations. The role requires independent work as a telecommuter with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• 2 years' experience required in Provider Relations and/or Managed Care Product Administration.
• Valid unrestricted driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between The Healthcare Network and the provider community.
• Build and maintain relationships with primary and specialty care physicians with education visits.
• Conduct on-site visits, phone calls, and written communications with executives and managers.
• Perform on-site provider orientations and county orientations regarding policies and initiatives.
• Represent the Provider Consultant Department in workgroups addressing provider concerns.
• Identify and solve problems independently; support telecommuting work and meetings.
