Job summary

Molina Healthcare is seeking a Provider Relations Support professional to coordinate network development, training, and policy compliance within the Molina network. You will be the primary contact for providers, manage inquiries, and help ensure access and satisfaction for Molina members.

You will conduct site visits, deliver on-the-spot training, resolve issues, and collaborate with plan leadership to promote provider engagement and adherence to CMS and Molina policies across a high-volume

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in customer service, provider services, or claims in managed care or medical office.
• Understanding of health care delivery systems and government-sponsored plans.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Interpersonal and communication skills for interaction with providers and staff.
• Experience working in a cross-functional matrix organization.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related software.

Responsibilities

• Engage high-volume, high-visibility providers to improve satisfaction and education on Molina initiatives.
• Serve as the primary contact between Molina and non-complex provider communities.
• Collaborate with external providers to ensure compliance with Molina policies and CMS guidelines; drive provider portal adoption.
• Conduct regular provider site visits and manage schedules to meet monthly goals.
• Provide on-the-spot training and education to providers and staff.
• Troubleshoot provider problems and coordinate resolution with Molina stakeholders.
