SCAN, a nonprofit health organization serving over 500,000 people across multiple states, seeks a Senior Provider Relations Lead in Houston. You will oversee strategic governance and executive relationships for high-complexity provider groups in the region, driving improvements in quality, cost, utilization, and access.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 7+ years in provider relations or similar healthcare role.
• Experience with delegated or risk-based provider arrangements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior strategic contact for high-complexity provider groups with executive engagement.
• Own regional provider performance strategy delivering quality and cost improvements.
• Lead executive governance forums translating performance data into action plans.
• Partner with Contracting, Network Operations, Clinical, Analytics and Growth teams.
• Identify trends and implement corrective actions with milestones and oversight.
