Job summary

The Treetop in Provo is hiring a Provider Relations lead to act as the local face of the organization. You will build trusted connections with pediatricians, schools, and referral partners to ensure families start care promptly.

Ideal candidates have ABA or healthcare intake experience, established Provo networks, and a proven ability to convert relationships into services for children in need. This role requires regular in-market travel.

Qualifications

• ABA or healthcare experience in or around ABA.
• Established connections to pediatricians, diagnosticians, schools, or referral sources.
• Relationship-driven mindset focused on high-conversion activities.

Responsibilities

• Build and deepen relationships with providers and referral partners.
• Represent The Treetop in offices and events.
• Drive completed intakes and convert referrals into started care.
• Respond quickly to incoming referrals to avoid delays for families.
• Collaborate with intake and clinical teams for smooth starts to care.
• Expand outreach to untapped networks, including Provo's military community.
• Log activity and relationships to show what works.
