Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience influencing, engaging, and building relationships with physicians, APPs, and office staff.
• Strong analytical, communication, facilitation, and project management skills.
• Ability to independently manage a regional portfolio and execute strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic relationship manager and growth partner for Munson’s Physician Network.
• Handle regional provider engagement, referral performance, and network growth.
• Coordinate with practices, system leadership and service lines to ensure alignment with enterprise priorities.
