Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years in Provider Relations or related healthcare field.
• Experience with physicians or medical practices required.
• Experience supporting Medicare Advantage or value-based care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, clinic leadership, and staff.
• Serve as operational liaison between provider practices and internal departments.
• Collaborate with Care Management, Quality, RACD, Compliance, Clinical Operations and Network Contracting.
• Conduct routine provider office visits to strengthen relationships and identify improvements.
• Educate providers on value-based care, quality programs, and delegated responsibilities.
• Monitor provider satisfaction and address concerns.
