Qualifications

• Understanding of provider workflows, referral processes, access challenges, and patient flow.
• Experience supporting or driving growth initiatives, referral strategy, or provider engagement efforts strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to influence, engage, and build relationships with physicians, APPs, and office staff.
• Strong analytical, communication, facilitation, and project management skills.
• Ability to independently manage a regional portfolio and execute strategic initiatives.
• Proficiency with healthcare systems, referral tools, and data platforms to support decision-making.
