Saint Francis Healthcare System is seeking a Provider Relations Representative to strengthen physician engagement, improve referral connectivity, and support network integrity across Medical Partners.

This highly visible role acts as a primary ambassador between physicians, specialists, and health system leadership, driving outreach, provider visits, and communications that keep clinicians aligned with clinical services and growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field (Healthcare Administration, Business, Communications, Marketing, Public Health or Healthcare Management).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in physician relations, marketing, sales, provider outreach, referral services, or healthcare operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead field engagement with physicians and clinics (approx. 70% of time).
• Coordinate planning, onboarding, events, and reporting (approx. 30% of time).
• Strengthen referral relationships and optimize internal referral pathways.
