Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receives, researches, and resolves provider inquiries such as claims and eligibility; acts as liaison.
• Educates providers on plan changes and access to information; handles enrollment issues.
• Documents provider requests following established procedures.
• Supports provider relations mailbox and attends off-site meetings as needed.
• Travels regularly throughout designated regions to meet needs.
