Job summary

Responsibilities include engaging top priority providers, delivering training, resolving cross-department issues, and conducting site visits within Michigan. Travel is required quarterly within the state.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of customer service, provider services, or claims experience in a managed care or medical office setting.
• Understanding of the health care delivery system and government-sponsored plans.
• Experience delivering training and facilitating educational presentations.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with strong organizational skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication and ability to interface with providers.

Responsibilities

• Engage high-priority providers to ensure satisfaction and education on Molina initiatives.
• Serve as the primary contact between Molina and complex provider communities.
• Collaborate to educate, advocate, and ensure policy compliance while delivering strong customer service.
• Resolve complex provider issues across departments and with senior leadership.
• Conduct regular provider site visits and plan schedules to meet monthly goals.
• Deliver on-site training and presentations to providers and staff.
• Travel for quarterly meetings within Michigan.
