Job summary

The Treetop ABA in Wilmington is seeking an experienced Provider Relations lead to be the face of the company with pediatricians, schools, and referral partners. You will open doors, build relationships, and ensure that when a child needs ABA, we are the first name they consider.

You will own the referral pipeline, respond quickly to requests, collaborate with intake and clinical teams, and travel within the Wilmington area and beyond.

Qualifications

• ABA experience required.
• Established connections to pediatricians, schools, and referral sources in Wilmington.
• Willing to travel frequently within the region.
• Must live within commuting distance of Wilmington.
• Owns reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Build and deepen relationships with pediatric providers, diagnosticians, behavioral health professionals, schools, and referral partners across the Wilmington area
• Represent The Treetop in provider offices, events, and meetings
• Drive completed intakes by turning provider trust into families starting care
• Respond quickly to referrals so no family waits
• Collaborate with intake and clinical teams for a smooth start to care
• Identify new outreach angles and untapped networks, including military community
• Keep activity and relationships organized and logged

We're looking for an experienced Provider Relations professional who already knows this world: someone who walks in with existing relationships across the pediatric, behavioral health, and special-needs community in the Wilmington area, and knows how to turn those relationships into families served. This is a role for a proven connector who can hit the ground running, not learn the industry from scratch.

Your Mission
As our Provider Relations lead in Wilmington, you\'ll be the face of The Treetop, the trusted local voice that pediatricians, schools, behavioral health providers, and referral partners know and rely on. You\'ll open doors, build genuine relationships, and make sure that when a provider has a child who needs ABA, we\'re the first name they think of and the one they trust to take great care of that family.
On this journey, you will:

• Build and deepen relationships with pediatric providers, diagnosticians, behavioral health professionals, schools, and referral partners across the Wilmington area
• Represent The Treetop in person, at provider offices, community events, and professional meetings
• Drive completed intakes: own the relationships that turn provider trust into families starting care
• Respond fast to incoming referrals so no family waits
• Work hand in hand with our intake and clinical teams for a smooth start to care
• Find new outreach angles and untapped networks, including Wilmington\'s military community
• Keep your activity and relationships organized and logged so we can see what\'s working

• ABA experience required. You\'ve worked in or around ABA, healthcare intake, or provider relations, and you understand how referrals and diagnosis-to-service actually work.
• Existing relationships. You come with established connections to pediatricians, diagnosticians, schools, nonprofits, or referral sources in the Wilmington market, the kind that let you generate referrals from day one.
• A relationship-driven mindset. You know which relationships matter most, and you spend your time where it converts.
• Location: Must live within commuting distance of Wilmington and know the local community.
• Mobility: Reliable vehicle and comfortable with frequent in-market and regional travel (mileage reimbursed).
• Independent and organized: You run your own territory like it\'s your business, and you keep it tight.
