Job summary

Wellpath is seeking a Provider Recruiter to recruit physicians, advanced practice providers, and mental health professionals across an assigned region, managing the full recruitment lifecycle with a strong emphasis on sourcing and hiring healthcare professionals.

You will develop targeted recruitment strategies, build candidate pipelines, and partner with hiring managers to meet staffing needs, while tracking metrics and sustaining a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications

• 3 years’ experience in recruitment.
• Healthcare recruiting experience preferred.
• Agency recruitment experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified healthcare and mental health professionals.
• Source active and passive candidates through networking, research, cold calling, and other recruitment methods.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
• Partner with hiring managers to provide recruitment updates, maintain ATS records, and support staffing needs.
• Verify licensure and credentials, coordinate recruitment advertising efforts, and track recruiting metrics and costs.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education

• College degree in Human Resources, business, sales, or closely related field preferred.

Experience

• 3 years’ experience in recruitment.
• Previous healthcare recruiting experience preferred.
• Previous agency recruitment experience a plus.

Licenses/Certifications

• None required.
