Job summary

Emerald Resource Group is seeking an experienced Manager, Physician Recruiting to lead provider recruitment across our multispecialty care model. You will forge relationships with physician leaders and residency programs to attract top clinical talent for our organization.

You will manage high-volume searches, optimize recruitment processes, ensure regulatory alignment, and drive efficiency in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience recruiting physicians and APPs.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience with Workday or a similar system for posting positions.
• Ability to build credibility with residency programs and physician leaders.
• On-site recruitment required, 3 days/week in office after training.

As Manager, Physician Recruiting, you will be accountable for the successful recruitment of Providers focused on Physician and APP recruitment. As an expert provider recruiter, you will implement our organization's vision to ensure we are recruiting top talent motivated to drive change in healthcare through our multispecialty care model. In this highly collaborative role, you will help the business grow by attracting high caliber Physician and APP talent to our model of care. You will forge meaningful relationships and collaborate with physician and operational leadership to ensure organizational provider recruitment needs are achieved. How You Can Make a Difference

• Create robust search strategies that will attract our ideal candidate profiles for high volume Physician and APP searches
• Drive industry leading performance in Physician and APP recruiting by leading relationship development and recruitment strategies that will contribute to long-range hiring needs
• Work against tight deadlines to ensure successful hiring of clinical talent, always with a focus on innovation and increasing efficiency
• Facilitate an excellent experience across all touchpoints for both candidates and interview teams, ensuring our recruiting process incorporates our values
• Keep current of new state and federal regulations or accreditation standards impacting recruitment and hiring practices
• Build and maintain an active network with residency programs, physician associations, and physician leads across markets through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management, developing and strengthening relationships at regional and national levels to distinguish our organization as an employer of choice for physicians and APPs
• Demonstrate excellent knowledge and proven execution for innovative position promotion and sourcing for quality candidates, utilizing your skillset and tools, attending career fairs, and identifying other opportunities to attract new talent to the organization
• Implement and influence changes as needed relating to recruitment strategies, process, or workflows to increase the ability to attract physician talent

• Directs and leads the recruitment of physicians to meet the needs and goals of the organization and ensure the hiring of qualified candidates
• Continuously assesses physician and APP recruitment needs and outcomes to ensure effectiveness and efficiency of recruitment strategies
• Leads provider recruitment interview and hiring process, tracking and reporting on progress and candidate statuses
• Analytical thinking that allows you to distill information for stakeholders and team members at an operational level to effect change
• Exceptional people skills with proven success in bringing together stakeholders from different departments to collaborate on opportunities and achieve overall goals and objectives
