Job summary

Wellpath / Correct Care Solutions in Tennessee is seeking a Recruiter II to manage end-to-end recruitment for both non-exempt and exempt roles in a high-volume healthcare environment. You will source, screen, interview, and close candidates, build strong relationships with hiring managers, and ensure competitive offers while promoting our mission to serve underserved communities.

  • Education and experience requirements as listed: HS diploma or equivalent; 4–7 years experience; MS Office required.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and training.

Responsibilities

  • Manages full-cycle recruiting including screening, interviewing, offers, negotiation, and closing.
  • Builds relationships with hiring managers to shape recruiting strategies.
  • Structures offers with compensation and HR teams, conducts closing interviews.
  • Manages high-volume search via direct sourcing, referrals, agency relationships, and pipelining.
  • Maintains up-to-date records in ATS and promotes diversity and referrals.

How you make a difference

The Recruiter II is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for both non-exempt and exempt positions in a high-volume environment, in accordance with the guidance of TA Leadership. This role involves sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates that meet the qualifications and requirements of the open positions. The Recruiter II must maintain strong communication and relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manages full-cycle recruiting including screening, interviewing, offer formulation, negotiation and closing, and serves as the main point of contact for educational institutions.
  • Builds successful relationships with hiring managers to effectively assist in developing recruiting strategies and identifies top talent using research methods and tools.
  • Structures and negotiates offers with successful candidates, compensation and local human resources teams, conducts closing interviews, and administers benefits information.
  • Manages high-volume search workload via direct sourcing, referrals, agency relationships, and ongoing pipelining.
  • Maintains up-to-date record keeping in ATS, promotes diversity and internal referrals, and performs additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Experience

  • Four (4) to Seven (7) years of experience required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training,
  • Experience with MS Office is required.
  • Previous healthcare, corrections and or agency recruiting experience, a plus.
