Responsibilities

  • Recruit for designated positions based on team bandwidth.
  • Manage requisition load handling full-cycle recruitment responsibilities.
  • Collaborate with compensation on candidate package requests.
  • Communicate with stakeholder operations on onboarding new hires.
  • Work with leadership on ATS maintenance and enhancements.
  • Leverage recruiting analytics to assess and improve strategy.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Provider Recruiter plays a key role in supporting company growth by supporting the Director of Provider Recruitment in the talent acquisition of physicians and advanced practice practitioners throughout the country. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast‑paced, innovative environment implementing successful talent acquisition strategies rooted in inclusion and diversity in collaboration with business leaders. The Recruiter plays a role as an individual contributor in recruitment.

Responsibilities
  • Interview candidates over the telephone, virtually, and/or in person.
  • Recruit for designated positions based on team bandwidth, level of position, and executive impact.
  • Manage requisition load handling full‑cycle recruitment responsibilities.
  • Collaborate with compensation on candidate package requests.
  • Communicate with stakeholder operations on onboarding new hires, terminations, internal transfers, etc.
  • Work with leadership on maintenance and enhancements of ATS.
  • Communicate with the budget team to ensure budget alignment with recruiting initiatives.
  • Leverage recruiting analytics to assess and improve the current strategy to ensure a world‑class practice; take a data‑driven approach to decision‑making that supports a culture of continuous improvement in processes and efficiencies.

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Additional years of experience may substitute for the required education on a year‑for‑year basis.
  • 2+ years of recruitment experience.

  • Strong interpersonal communication skills needed for screening, interviewing and selecting applicants.
  • Knowledge of human resource programs and recruiting process including affirmative action and career development programs.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous recruitment experience in a hospital setting.
