Duly Health and Care is seeking a Program Manager for Provider Ramp & Growth to design, launch, and continuously improve a holistic ramp program for newly hired physicians and Advanced Practice Providers (APPs). You will coordinate across credentialing, scheduling, onboarding, IT, marketing, and operations to align teams around a repeatable, scalable process that accelerates time-to-productivity.

Success means providers reach target patient volumes within 12 months, and leadership has real-time

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in management, business, or related field.
• Experience in project management across multiple departments.
• Healthcare project experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and own an enterprise-wide ramp and productivity program for new providers.
• Define standardized ramp playbooks and milestones for all functions.
• Facilitate cross-functional sessions and accountability reviews.
• Develop weekly/monthly performance scorecards and analytics.
