Job summary

Midwest Physicians Administrative Services, LLC dba Duly Health and Care in Minnesota seeks a Program Manager for Provider Ramp & Growth to design and launch a holistic ramp program that accelerates productivity for newly hired physicians and APPs across functions.

You will own the ramp playbook, drive cross-functional alignment across credentialing, scheduling, onboarding, IT, marketing, and operations, and report progress with real-time dashboards to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in management, business, or related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience with multiple stakeholders.
• 1+ years healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own an enterprise-wide Physician Ramp & Productivity Program across multiple functions.
• Define a standardized ramp playbook for new providers to ensure 12-month productivity.
• Create weekly and monthly performance scorecards by provider, specialty, and location.
• Partner with Recruiting, HR, Credentialing, Scheduling, Marketing, Finance and Operations to align goals.
• Benchmark ramp timelines against industry standards and codify SOPs.
