Job summary

• Collect and analyze market data from salary surveys to benchmark provider compensation.
• Assist in Physician Compensation Committee preparation.
• Collaborate with payroll to ensure provider payroll data integrity.
• Ensure compliance with provider compensation policies.
• Maintain confidentiality of provider data and compensation information.
