Job summary

Benefis Health System in Great Falls, MT is seeking an experienced analytics professional to organize, perform, and oversee a range of analyses—from cost and utilization to service line and payor mix—to support operational and financial decision-making.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Accounting/Business/Finance or related field, 3+ years in healthcare analytics, and preferably a Master’s (or CPA). You will join a team dedicated to accurate analysis, deadlines, and high-quality reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business, Finance or related field.
• Minimum of three (3) years of healthcare related experience.
• Master’s Degree with emphasis in Business, Finance or Healthcare strongly preferred.
• CPA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Organizes, performs and oversees analyses including cost, utilization, service line, payor mix, statistical, financial, feasibility and productivity analyses.
• Demonstrates ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and handle changing situations.
• Follows all Benefis Health System policies, procedures and licensing requirements.
