Job summary

RadNet is seeking a Provider Patient Concierge Representative to join our team in Thousand Oaks, CA. You will deliver concierge-level service to patients and collaborate with physician offices, IPA providers, and health care teams to enhance patient access and care delivery.

The role focuses on scheduling, patient support, and coordination with marketing and sales teams to improve provider relationships and patient experience across imaging centers.

Qualifications

• Ability to travel up to 50% during work week.
• 2 years in Medical, hospitality, Marketing/Public Relations industry preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• At least 2 years experience in training and presenting information to groups/individuals.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Offer concierge service to pre-selected patients (e.g., cancer patients, claustrophobic, children, disabled, elderly).
• Provide exceptional customer service to selected physician offices including IPA contracted providers and interested provider offices.
• Assist with direct site scheduling and prior authorizations for advanced imaging studies.
• Provide VIP and support to Medical Groups/IPA providers and staff with scheduling, medical records, reports, etc.
