Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients in a friendly and service-oriented manner.
• Obtain or verify insurance and patient information, collect signatures and ensure documentation.
• Collect and log all co-pays and fees.
• Answer and transfer incoming phone calls.
• Schedule, reschedule or cancel appointments and notify staff of changes.
• Provide patient orientation for safety protocols and directions to facilities.
• Coordinate with back-office staff for timely care.
• Safeguard patient property and health information.
