Qualifications

• 3+ years in provider enrollment, credentialing, provider relations, or similar healthcare ops.
• Hands-on experience managing provider records, enrollment materials or credentialing docs.
• Strong attention to detail to validate information for accuracy and completeness.
• Excellent organization and time-management to handle multiple requests.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate enrollment, credentialing, and revalidation workflows.
• Distribute forms to providers for completion and approvals.
• Monitor requests and follow up to resolve missing materials.
• Review, scan, and upload provider records and docs.
• Validate information and flag discrepancies before processing.
• Maintain tracking and ensure documents reach appropriate teams.
• Prepare communications and forms as needed.
• Support workflow improvements and automation initiatives.
• Assist with occasional provider site visits and related activities.
• Manage incoming physical docs, including weekly mail handling.
