Job summary

AndHealth in Columbus, OH seeks a Provider Operations & Relationships Director to own the operational health of active partnerships. You will lead onboarding, map workflows, and set up accounts for early success while coordinating with the Patient & Provider Advocate on patient enrollment in the practice EHR.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in account management, customer success, or operations in a healthcare or health services environment.
• Experience managing multiple accounts simultaneously with strong documentation habits.
• Comfortable in patient-level conversations with practice staff and navigating physician vs. manager expectations.
• Strong cross-functional communication skills and ability to keep stakeholders informed without noise.
• Familiarity with specialty pharmacy, chronic disease management, or value-based care workflows a plus.
• Experience with CRM or account tracking tools; willingness to work within an evolving system.

Responsibilities

• Lead practice onboarding once a partnership agreement is in place; map workflows and set up for early success.
• Coordinate with the Patient & Provider Advocate to establish patient enrollment in the practice EHR.
• Document the practice's preferences and commitments in the shared Source of Truth.
• Serve as the translator between practice needs and AndHealth capabilities.
