Job summary
Prosper Health is seeking a warm, organized Provider Onboarding Associate on a 1099 contract basis. This remote role supports onboarding of psychologists and therapists, ensuring seamless setup before they begin seeing clients.
You will partner with the Provider Onboarding Manager to deliver a welcoming, organized experience. Responsibilities include running onboarding meetings, responding to provider inquiries, and maintaining documentation while reflecting Prosper Health’s values.
Qualifications
- Experience in mental health, healthcare, or clinical operations and understanding provider perspective.
- Comfortable using Monday.com, Healthie, Slack, Notion and Zapier.
- Reliable self-starter who can follow structured workflows.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate or co-facilitate live onboarding meetings via Zoom for new providers.
- Serve as main pre-start point of contact from offer to first client session.
- Respond to provider emails regarding credentialing, scheduling, and steps.
- Host Zoom troubleshooting sessions for new providers.
- Monitor pre-onboarding tasks and flag at-risk providers.
- Maintain onboarding docs and update internal systems.
