Job summary

Mindful Support Services in Mountlake Terrace, WA seeks an Account Relationship Specialist to serve as the first account manager for new providers as they launch their practices and enter a 2-year partnership.

You will guide onboarding, assess readiness, and coordinate across Credentialing, Compliance, Billing, Operations, Client Services, and Clinical Leadership to ensure timely launches and sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience building and managing professional relationships in Customer Success, Sales, Account Management, Recruiting, Provider Relations, Healthcare Operations, or similar client-focused roles.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Guide providers through onboarding and partnership readiness.
• Coach clinicians through transition to business ownership.
• Create timelines and monitor onboarding milestones.
• Help with business setup, credentialing, and compliance.
• Assess readiness, identify barriers, and decide next steps.
• Lead post-launch consultations on practice challenges.
• Improve KPIs like client matching and retention.
