Job summary

Mindful Support Services is seeking an Account Relationship Sales Specialist (Onboarding Specialist) to guide new clinicians through onboarding, marketing themselves, and contract setup for private practice partnerships. You will manage documentation, coaching, and practice readiness while building confident, connected providers.

The role is in Mountlake Terrace, WA, full-time in-office with standard hours, reporting to Provider Engagement/Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, HR, psychology, or related field.
• 2+ years in onboarding, HR, client success, or account management.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a customer-focused mindset.
• Comfortable working toward performance metrics and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Build authentic relationships to support provider success.
• Motivate and educate providers on early-stage private practice management.
• Identify disengaged providers and suggest re-engagement strategies.
• Collect feedback to improve onboarding processes and provider satisfaction.
• Highlight events, trainings, and opportunities to foster engagement.
• Lead onboarding meetings and coordinate credentialing, compliance, and documentation.
