Responsibilities

• Maintain records of licenses, liability insurances, and credentials.
• Ensure compliance with state laws and health plan requirements for providers.
• Identify carriers in network and communicate across teams.
• Answer questions on timelines, delays, and status of credentialing.
• Perform high-accuracy data entry with a customer-service attitude.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Onboarding, and Credentialing teams.
