• Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, psychology or related field preferred.
• 2+ years in onboarding, HR, client success or account management.

Responsibilities

• Build authentic relationships to support long-term provider success.
• Motivate and educate providers on early-stage private practice management fundamentals.
• Identify disengaged providers and recommend re-engagement strategies.
• Collect feedback to improve onboarding processes and provider satisfaction.
• Highlight community events, trainings, and consultation opportunities to foster engagement.
• Lead daily onboarding meetings (virtual and in-person) across recruitment through practice management.
• Coordinate onboarding communications and timelines for provider readiness.
• Guide providers through credentialing, compliance, and business documentation requirements.
• Schedule and facilitate onboarding meetings and supervision coordination for associates.
