Job summary

Mindful Support Services in Mountlake Terrace, Washington, seeks an Account Relationship Sales Specialist (Onboarding Specialist) to guide clinicians as they join our private practice network.

You will lead onboarding from recruitment through contract signing, coordinating credentialing, marketing support, and practice readiness while maintaining detailed CRM records and collaborating with internal teams to ensure a smooth, compliant start for partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, psychology, or related field (preferred).
• 2+ years of onboarding, HR, client success, or account management experience.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a customer-focused mindset.
• Comfortable working toward performance metrics and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power BI), and related tools.
• Experience in healthcare, mental health, or high-touch service industries preferred.
• Candidates with hospitality or client relationship management backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily onboarding meetings (virtual and in-person) with providers.
• Coordinate onboarding communications and timelines across teams.
• Guide credentialing, compliance, and business documentation requirements.
• Schedule and facilitate onboarding meetings, training, and supervision coordination.
• Maintain detailed documentation of provider interactions in the CRM.
• Collaborate with Direct Managers, Operations, Credentialing, and Client Services.
