Job summary

Mindful Support Services is seeking an Account Relationship Specialist to help mental health providers launch and grow private practices. You will serve as the first account manager for new partners, guiding onboarding, assessing readiness, and ensuring adherence to partnership standards.

You will collaborate across Credentialing, Compliance, Billing, Operations, and Clinical Leadership to support successful launches and sustainable practice growth while driving metrics and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Experience building and managing professional relationships in client-focused roles.
• Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Guide providers through onboarding and establish sustainable business plans.
• Validate readiness for partnership and address launch barriers.
• Coordinate with Credentialing, Compliance, Billing, Operations, and Clinical Leadership.
• Monitor milestones and track performance metrics to drive results.
• Coach providers as they transition from clinician to business owner.
