Job summary

Mindful Support Services is seeking an Account Relationship Specialist to guide healthcare providers through onboarding and the launch of their private practices. You will assess readiness, manage milestones, and partner with internal teams to ensure successful first steps in the Mindful partnership.

You will support providers post-launch, tracking performance metrics, improving client retention, scheduling habits, documentation, and sustainable growth within a two-year partnership framework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology, Communications, HR, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience building and managing professional relationships.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for providers after initial recruitment, guiding onboarding and milestones.
• Coach providers through transition from clinician to business owner, outlining operational and financial responsibilities.
• Create sustainable business plans, establish timelines, and monitor onboarding progress.
• Lead weekly post-launch consultations addressing real-time practice challenges, performance, client retention, and growth.
• Coordinate with Credentialing, Compliance, Billing, Operations, Client Services, and Clinical Leadership to manage dependencies and enable successful launches.
