Job summary

The Provider Onboarding Coordinator at Baptist Health coordinates day-to-day onboarding, off-boarding and moves for BHMG, collaborating with physicians, practice managers, staff and leadership to ensure timely, accurate completion of onboarding checklists from contract signing to 30 days post start.

This role drives process standardization, manages onboarding budgets, leads weekly onboarding calls, and supports the Physician Integration team to deliver seamless practice integration and service

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating onboarding or related processes.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and financial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with BHMG leadership and onboarding physician or practice to ensure operational standards and service excellence.
• Develop short- and long-range processes to support organizational and practice goals.
• Lead the BHMG Onboarding team weekly calls and act as liaison between BHMG and providers.
• Identify onboarding process issues and implement corrective actions; ensure standardization and compliance.
• Manage onboarding budgeted costs and coordinate planning for acquisitions and practice integrations.
