Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking a Provider Onboarding Coordinator to manage day-to-day onboarding, offboarding, and moves for the Baptist Health Medical Group (BHMG). The role collaborates with physicians, practice managers, staff, and leadership to ensure timely, accurate onboarding checklists and smooth transitions for new providers and practices.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates onboarding efforts with BHMG leadership and onboarding physician or practice to ensure standards are developed and maintained.
• Develops processes to support BHMG goals and enhance the physician onboarding process.
• Leads the BHMG onboarding team in checklist completion for provider onboarding/offboarding/moves.
• Identifies issues and recommends interventions to keep onboarding projects on track.
• Implements protocols to ensure standardization and compliance of the onboarding process.
