Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred for advanced roles.
• 4+ years’ experience in healthcare consulting, operations, or analytics.
• Ability to design reporting and conduct ad hoc analyses.
• Proficiency with Excel and data tools (PowerBI/Tableau/SQL).

Responsibilities

• Network Performance Intelligence & Analysis: generate high-frequency reports and deep-dive analyses on network performance trends.
• Data storytelling: translate complex data into concise executive-level summaries with recommendations.
• Market-Level Reporting Architecture: structure monthly market reports and maintain dashboards with KPIs.
• Strategic Initiative Management: lead end-to-end initiatives and remove blockers to improve network performance.
