Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent education/experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in managed care, network operations, or a related field.
• Experience translating program requirements into actionable tasks.
• Experience building and updating KPIs and dashboards.
• Knowledge of regulatory directives and audit readiness.

Responsibilities

• Maintain operational logs and provide routine updates to leadership.
• Summarize regulatory directives and draft business requirements.
• Monitor process adherence and document corrective actions.
• Build and update KPIs and dashboards; assist in trend analysis.
• Coordinate with IT/Data teams for system changes, reporting specs, and UAT.
• Support deployment of provider notices and operational changes.
• Travel to offsite locations for work.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
