Job summary

Immanuel Home Office in Omaha, NE is seeking a Provider Contracting & Credentialing Coordinator to support provider network administration, contract lifecycle management, and credentialing for PACE providers. This role collaborates across Compliance, Legal, Finance, Operations, and Center leadership to ensure regulatory compliance and timely access to services.

The position requires two years in a healthcare-administrative role, credentialing experience preferred, and a valid driver’s license

Qualifications

• Post high-school education is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field is preferred.
• Equivalent years of experience may substitute for education requirement.

Responsibilities

• Supports the Sr. Provider Network Manager in administering and maintaining the contracted provider network.
• Maintains contract tracking and ensures accurate documentation from initiation through execution and closure.
• Coordinates contract routing, review, approval, and execution with internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintains provider network listings and ensures information is current across designated systems.
• Ensures provider credentialing and maintenance for Primary Care Providers.
• Supports scheduling operations and compliance with CMS, state, and organizational requirements.
• Performs other duties as required.
