Job summary

Immanuel Pathways PACE® is seeking a Provider Contracting & Credentialing Coordinator to work at Immanuel Home Office in Omaha, NE. You will coordinate contract lifecycle, credentialing, and Out-of-Network activities while ensuring regulatory compliance and timely provider access.

Collaborating with Compliance, Legal, Finance, Operations, Scheduling, and Center leadership, you will maintain workflows, monitor performance, and support continuous improvement within the network.

Qualifications

• Post high-school education is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field is preferred.
• Two years of experience in a higher-level administrative role, preferably in the healthcare industry, is required.
• Previous contract management and analytics experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage Out-of-Network program and workflow from request to closure.
• Maintain contract tracking for in-network and out-of-network agreements.
• Coordinate contract routing, review, approval, and execution.
• Oversee credentialing and ongoing monitoring of Primary Care Providers.
• Support scheduling operations and ensure regulatory compliance.
