Job summary

NJ Pediatric Neuroscience Institute is seeking a Provider Credentialing & Compliance Coordinator to manage credentialing, enrollment, licensing, and CME requirements for all providers. This role serves as the primary credentialing resource with hospitals, insurers, governmental programs, and other participating entities.

You will manage the credentialing lifecycle, maintain CAQH profiles, track licenses, and coordinate the organization's educational programs.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in physician credentialing/onboarding.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple files simultaneously.
• Proactive and deadline-driven with excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the credentialing lifecycle for new and existing providers.
• Maintain provider CAQH profiles and track licenses/certifications.
• Coordinate enrollment, expirable management, and ongoing compliance requirements.
• Support CME/continuing education tracking and NJPNI educational programming.
