Job summary

Ivy Health is seeking a Credentialing Specialist in New Jersey to maintain provider data, process enrollment applications, and ensure licenses and documents are up to date. You will work with our CVO and external vendors, researching data and ensuring accuracy across databases.

The role requires at least two years in credentialing, knowledge of health plans, and excellent communication with insurers. Benefits include a full package and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPCS certification preferred but not required.
• Minimum two years of experience in provider healthcare credentialing, focusing on outpatient therapy and related fields.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and credentialing software; experience coordinating with a CVO and external vendors.
• Excellent oral communication and strong customer service orientation with insurance carriers.

Responsibilities

• Maintains current and accurate data for all providers.
• Completes provider/payor enrollment applications and monitors progress.
• Maintains licenses, malpractice coverage, and required documents for providers.
• Researches and analyzes credentialing data; tracks license expirations for renewals.
• Coordinates with CVO and external vendors to submit credentialing requests.
• Audits practice addresses with health plans for accuracy.
• Maintains confidentiality of provider information.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
