Job summary

NJ Pediatric Neuroscience Institute is seeking a Provider Credentialing & Compliance Coordinator to manage credentialing, enrollment, licensing, and CME requirements for all providers. This role serves as the primary credentialing resource with hospitals, insurers, governmental programs, and other participating entities.

You will manage the credentialing lifecycle, maintain CAQH profiles, track licenses, and coordinate the organization's educational programs.

Job description

The Provider Credentialing & Compliance Coordinator is responsible for managing and maintaining the credentialing, enrollment, licensing, and continuing education requirements for all NJPNI providers. This position serves as the primary administrative resource for provider credentialing with hospitals, health insurance companies, governmental programs, and other participating entities. The Coordinator will manage the credentialing lifecycle for both new and existing providers, including initial credentialing, recredentialing, enrollment, maintenance, expirables, and ongoing compliance requirements. In addition to credentialing responsibilities, this position will maintain provider CAQH profiles, track all required professional licenses and certifications, monitor CME/continuing education requirements, and coordinate NJPNI's provider educational programming, including the organization's Monday and Thursday Lunch & Learn programs.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, deadline-driven, and comfortable independently managing multiple provider files and credentialing requirements simultaneously. Must have experience in physician credentialing/onboarding.

Salary is based on experience and qualifications.
