Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field required; professional experience may substitute.
• Minimum of five years in provider relations field work; managed care experience preferred.
• Experience building trust-based relationships with diverse stakeholders and delivering service-centric support.

Responsibilities

• Identify and build a robust pipeline of provider partners within assigned geographies.
• Execute outreach strategies advocating for the PACE model and its benefits to participants.
• Lead the process of getting providers to sign contracts with Network Strategy alignment.
• Support contracting with larger health systems, specialists, and facilities.
• Guide partners through training on plan policies and Provider Portal.
• Establish strong relationships and lead Joint Operating Committee meetings as appropriate.
• Collaborate with Clinical Operations, Utilization Management, Claims, and PACE center leadership.
