Job summary

Child Care Resource Center seeks a Provider Liaison to analyze provider eligibility and manage required documentation for CCFA programs. You will process applications, review records for accuracy, and ensure compliance with county and state guidelines while supporting providers through walk-in, phone, and email inquiries.

You will also handle data entry of provider schedules and absence policies, coordinate with multiple departments, and maintain timely responses to inquiries.

Qualifications

• Requires Associate degree or high school diploma with relevant experience.
• Proficiency with Windows-based programs and data entry is required.
• Ability to review provider documentation for accuracy and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Analyze provider eligibility and maintain documentation for CCFA programs.
• Serve as primary contact for providers via walk-in, phone, and email; log activities.
• Perform data entry of provider non-operational days, hours, and absence policies.
