Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish or Armenian preferred for client communications.
• Experience with provider eligibility and documentation is a plus.
• Strong data entry and administrative skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Process provider documentation to determine eligibility for CCFA childcare programs.
• Serve as primary contact for providers via walk-in, phone, and email.
• Enter provider data and manage attendance records and days/hours of operation.
