Village is seeking an experienced Provider Growth Account Executive in Los Angeles to build and manage the provider journey from initial contact to live network integration.

You will own closing, onboarding, and playbook development in a fast-growing health-tech startup, with outbound prospecting and CRM discipline shaping scalable processes. Hybrid in-office schedule supported by a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of full-cycle sales experience with SDR → closing progression.
• LA-based preferred with in-office Tue–Thu; open to right candidate further away.
• Ability to self-source pipeline via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
• Experience with provider onboarding or credentialing is a strong plus.
• Strong CRM discipline and interest in health-tech/provider networks.

Responsabilités

• Close providers onto the Village network and meet or exceed monthly targets.
• Own provider onboarding end-to-end: paperwork, credentialing docs, live status.
• Maintain a clean pipeline and trackers in CRM; proactive follow-ups.
• Self-source pipeline through outbound before SDR support; scale with team.
• Help define outbound cadences and messaging as the team grows.
