Job summary

Texas Health and Human Services Commission seeks an Information Technology Business Analyst III to serve as a liaison between provider experience and technology teams. You will translate provider feedback into actionable requirements and help drive enrollment, revalidation, and modernization efforts within Medicaid/CHIP services.

Qualifications

• Graduation from a four-year college with major coursework in IT, CIS, business or related field.
• At least three years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or related fields.
• Experience evaluating technology systems, provider-facing processes, enrollment, or Medicaid operations.
• Experience using journey maps, process maps, dashboards, personas, surveys or provider feedback tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate communication between provider experience business teams, technology teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Gather and document provider enrollment, usability, workflow and performance needs.
• Support projects from planning through implementation and post‑launch evaluation.
• Prepare reports, briefings and action updates for leadership and project teams.
